When do Nationwide Orders get Shipped?

All orders placed up until midnight Thursday (11:59 PM CST) will be shipped out the following Monday.

What comes in a Haut Pot box?

Each box is insulated with safely packed dry ice, your desired food selection each frozen and packed in a BPA free food saver bag.

Do Nationwide Orders go anywhere within the US?

Yes! except for Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes and Military APO Boxes.

Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

Yes, you will receive a notification on the email address or phone number that you’ll provide once your order has been shipped.

Should my billing address be the same as my shipping address?

No, your billing information doesn’t have to be the same as your shipping address. However, it should match the billing address of the payment method you selected (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX credit card).

The shipping address, on the other hand, is where your order/s will be mailed to. But if your order/s are also to be mailed to you, you can simply select the “Same as shipping address” option in the billing address section.

What ingredients do you use?

We use only the highest quality ingredients possible working with local farms and suppliers.

Do you offer Refunds?

We would gladly offer a 50% discount on any product that was damaged while in transit to you. If the damage to the product was due to holiday/inclement weather, we would not replace the product or offer refunds.

Since all our products are perishable, we have taken the necessary steps to ensure the product quality is of a high standard and properly packaged. Haut Pot would not be responsible for any lost packages due to the carrier’s error, or product being undeliverable due to incorrect address information you provided to us.
